Kinetic Real Estate celebrated its grand opening on the evening of February 28th, 2020. Founder of Kinetic Real Estate and Real Estate Agent Kevin Cruz along with his team Tien Le, Guillean Arradaza, Randy Garcia, Leo Morales, and Pri Rijal celebrated the occasion with their families, friends, clients, and colleagues.

“Cocktail” Hour & Socializing

The evening started with drinks, appetizers, and an hour of socializing.

Introductions and Opening Remarks

As everyone arrived and settled into their seats, Master of Ceremony, Adrian Daryanani, introduced each member of the Kinetic Real Estate team. Kevin Cruz spoke about “vertical integration” which included businesses he started to assist his clients with their real estate needs such as moving, home staging, and property management.

Ribbon Cutting

With great honors, the ribbon-cutting ceremony was assisted with the help of Vice Mayor of Daly City, Juslyn Manalo.

Buffet-style dinner

Dinner was catered by Fort McKinley Restaurant, Bar, and Banquet.

Special guest performance by Ellona Santiago.

Ellona was one of the top 6 finalist on the hit show X-Factor. It was an honor to have her perform for us during our grand opening.

Congratulations to all our lucky raffle prize winners!

To end our evening, we raffled off prizes with a combined total value of over $1,000.
