Meet Ed

In the last four years, Ed Barreto has helped over 200 clients with their Real Estate goals and has transacted over $200M in transaction volume. Since purchasing his first Bay Area home in 2015 at 24 years old, Ed Barreto has always been fascinated by and passionate about real estate. Ed was raised by his hardworking immigrant parents and remains proud of his family’s humble beginnings. He came to the United States at 5 years old from the Philippines and started working when he was 12; if you ask him, Ed considers this his greatest blessing because it’s taught him firsthand the true meaning of hard work, resilience, and humility.

 

Licensed since 2016, Ed was a consistent top 1% producer and closed over 500 transactions during his time as a real estate professional with his previous team. Ed graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing from the University of San Francisco. He later completed his Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, East Bay. After several years in the corporate world, he decided to further his studies by completing a rigorous negotiation mastery certificate program from Harvard Business School.

 

Outside of work, Ed enjoys spending quality time with his family and close friends. He also loves to travel and considers himself a “points junkie.” He can spend hours sharing tips on how to travel in style while being savvy. Ed has traveled to 11 countries and counting; his top five include: Spain, France, Australia, Singapore, and, of course, the Philippines.
