Meet Sydney

Born in San Francisco and raised between the city and Redwood Shores, Sydney La Day has spent over two decades immersed in the Bay Area lifestyle. With deep roots in both San Francisco and San Mateo County, she brings an authentic understanding of the local communities, schools, and culture—making her a trusted guide for clients navigating the ever-changing real estate market.

Sydney has been licensed since 2019 and has a strong background in real estate-adjacent industries, including property management, leasing, and luxury interior design. From managing databases and working with high-end clientele to leading in leasing performance at her Foster City office, Sydney has developed a unique blend of service, style, and strategic thinking that elevates every client experience.

Her journey into real estate was deeply personal—driven by the legacy of her late mother, a successful businesswoman who was on the path to becoming a real estate agent. Inspired by her mother’s ambition and determined to build a future for her two children, Sydney brings heart, purpose, and relentless drive into every transaction.

Whether working with seasoned buyers and sellers or connecting with first-time homebuyers, Sydney’s empathetic nature and background in psychology allow her to understand each client’s motivations on a deeper level. She combines analytical skills, design sense, and genuine care to help clients find more than just a property—but a place to call home.

Outside of real estate, Sydney is creative at heart. Her passions include poetry, photography, fashion, cooking, and interior design. She's an advocate for community empowerment, having led panels for young women and coached high school students. She aspires to grow her impact through future mentorship and volunteering with girls' group homes and youth-focused initiatives.

Sydney believes in living with pure intention and aligning her work with a greater purpose. Her mission is to inspire through action, build generational wealth, and create a legacy of strength, creativity, and connection—for her family and for the clients she serves.
