Born and raised in Daly City, Rich Bustos has a deep-rooted connection to the Bay Area, with 32 years of local knowledge and insight. With a diverse background that spans over a decade in Silicon Valley as a software engineer at prominent companies like Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Wix, Rich brings a unique blend of analytical skills and personal experience to the real estate world.

Though new to real estate, Rich's journey began with purchasing his first home at the age of 23. This personal investment sparked a passion for real estate, leading to multiple property acquisitions and a keen understanding of the buying process. This firsthand experience of dealing with lenders, bidding wars, and home renovations equips Rich with valuable insights to guide clients through their own real estate journeys.

Rich holds a background in computer science and has worked in various start-ups, honing skills in problem-solving and client relations. These skills seamlessly transfer to real estate, where understanding the complexities of the market and navigating client needs are crucial.

In his personal life, Rich enjoys jiu jitsu, fitness, cooking, and fashion. He is married with a 2.5-year-old son and an 11-year-old German Shepherd, and he loves watching UFC and cooking at home.
