Patric Ren Ignao is a Bay Area REALTOR® serving San Francisco County, San Mateo County, and surrounding markets including Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville, and Merced. Born in the Philippines and raised in the United States from middle school, Pat brings a global perspective, relentless work ethic, and strong cultural awareness to every client relationship.
 
Pat has lived in the Bay Area for most of his life and has developed deep, hyperlocal expertise in neighborhood trends, pricing strategy, investment potential, and lifestyle fit across diverse communities. His clients rely on him not just for access to homes, but for clarity, confidence, and real-world strategy in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country.
 
Before entering real estate, Pat proudly served in the United States Navy for 4 years, where he developed discipline, leadership, accountability, and the ability to perform under pressure. Those same traits now define how he represents his buyers and sellers. Calm in negotiations. Precise with timelines. Direct with communication. Protective of his clients’ interests. 
 
Pat works with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, real estate investors, tech professionals, growing families, and military members relocating through PCS. He is the designated ambassador and realtor for the Travis Air Force Base PCS Pay-It-Forward community, where he actively supports service members transitioning into civilian life and homeownership. 
 
His real estate practice is rooted in education and strategy. Clients often describe Pat as someone who explains the process clearly, anticipates issues before they arise, and treats every transaction with the same care he would give his own family. He regularly handles complex situations such as contingent sales, multi-owner properties, investor acquisitions, and long-term portfolio planning. 
 
Pat has also partnered with Zillow, working directly with buyers across the Bay Area and guiding them from first showing to successful closing. His approach blends strong market knowledge, modern technology, and genuine relationship-building, allowing him to deliver both high-touch service and data-driven results. 
 
Outside of real estate, Pat is deeply interested in technology, AI tools, marketing strategy, fitness, content creation, and storytelling. He is constantly building better systems to improve the client experience and is known for his energy, approachability, and ability to make even complex topics feel manageable.
