Minkyu Park's remarkable journey began in a small town in South Korea, but it was at the tender age of two that he embarked on a life-changing adventure to the United States. Initially touching down in Los Angeles, he eventually found his way to the vibrant city of San Francisco, where the majority of his formative years were spent. Minkyu's life is a testament to resilience and unwavering determination. He confronted formidable challenges during his childhood, including emancipation at the age of 16, enduring physical abuse, and grappling with homelessness throughout his senior year of high school. Fueled by an unyielding drive to surmount these adversities, he entered the workforce at a young age, shouldering the responsibility of supporting both himself and his family.

Following his college graduation in San Diego, Minkyu's heart led him back to his beloved San Francisco, where he embarked on a fulfilling career as a nurse. His professional journey took an exciting turn when he embraced the role of a travel nurse, whisking him away to diverse cities like Los Angeles and New York. Today, Minkyu proudly calls San Francisco his home.

Minkyu's immersion in the real estate industry is underscored by his profound recognition of its potential for personal and generational wealth. In addition to his nursing career, he ventured into the world of real estate through a strategic investment in a commercial property in Bremerton, Washington, undertaken in collaboration with a trusted friend. It was during a visit to Atlanta in early 2022 that Minkyu's fascination with real estate truly ignited. He eagerly immersed himself in the complexities of the buying process, mastering everything from pre-approval procedures to budgeting and home tours. This transformative experience awakened his passion for real estate and ignited a burning desire to extend a guiding hand to others venturing on a similar path.
