Meet Michelle

Michelle Bauzon has a passion for helping people in every aspect of life. The motto she lives by is “Be a Blessing” and she embodies this by giving generously, taking care of people, and serving her community wholeheartedly. Doing her part in improving the lives of others gives her purpose and fulfillment.

Born and raised in San Jose, Michelle has witnessed the city evolve over the years and understands the local market and perspective of her clients. Michelle’s interest in real estate began when she purchased her first home in 2018, and subsequently invested in a vacation property in Oahu, Hawaii in 2021. Her experience as a homeowner has taught her to navigate an unpredictable industry, embrace its complex journey, and create a foundation that allows other individuals to achieve ‘the American dream.’

Michelle is a Registered Nurse at Santa Clara County Hospital, specializing in medical surgical/telemetry, aesthetics, home health and family internal medicine since 2013. Her compassion, integrity, and conviction in bettering the lives of those in her community surpasses the medical field, and has equipped her with the interpersonal tools to establish and maintain relationships with future clients. Her enthusiastic, positive, genuine, and grounded personality makes it easy for her to work with people from all walks of life.

Michelle strives to deliver personable guidance, without sacrificing the efficacy of her methods. Her strategy begins by promoting a positive mindset, building confidence, and empowering families, and individuals to make educated decisions as they make important life transitions through real estate. Michelle is a mother of two beautiful boys, Avery and Ezra, whom she enjoys traveling and spontaneous adventures with. And when she isn’t helping other families create established and healthy upbringings for their children, you can find her listening to old-school R&B, indoor rock climbing and growing plants.
