Meet Juan

Les Juan Ruan's journey is a testament to the power of hard work and the pursuit of the American Dream. Being Chinese-American raised in Mexico, Juan is fluent in English, Spanish and in Chinese. Juan witnessed firsthand the sacrifices his parents made as immigrants to provide for their family.

 

Inspired by their example, Juan dove into the world of business at just 18 years old and over the years has had 10+ years of experience focusing on leadership, mindset and marketing. He has experienced building a portfolio of over 100+ Short Term Rental properties under management, residential real estate redevelopment and long term investment strategies. Through his real estate investments, Juan realized the immense potential for building wealth and inspired to create opportunities for others.

 

As President of Kinetic Real Estate, Juan leads a team committed to building lifelong relationships with clients and fellow associates. His mission is to help others achieve their financial goals through real estate, all while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and client satisfaction. In 2022, Kinetic Real Estate helped 355 Families with their real estate needs resulting in $324 Million in Sales Volume. Side Inc. recognized Kinetic Real Estate as Top 10 in Highest Sales Volume, Top 10 Highest Units Sold and Top 10 Highest Sales Growth in 2022.

 

Beyond his professional achievements, Juan is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He is a team lead at Vive Church and has been a supporter of the Ronald McDonald House Charities since 2012. He hosts an annual charity dinner for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Stanford. One of the philosophies that Juan lives by is "Find a way to serve the many, for service to many leads to greatness."

 

Juan and his wife Pri reside in the Bay Area, CA with their son Roman. When he's not working or volunteering, Juan enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, working out, and indulging his love of sports cars. His passion for life is infectious, and his dedication to success and service is an inspiration to all.
