Meet Juan

Born and raised in San Francisco and now proudly serving clients throughout San Francisco, San Mateo County, and the Greater Bay Area, Juan Madayag is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals with integrity, compassion, and exceptional service.
Before launching his real estate career, Juan built a strong foundation as a home health therapist, where he developed the skills to assess individual needs, communicate effectively, and guide people through important life decisions with care and confidence. Those same qualities now allow him to provide a thoughtful, client-first approach throughout every real estate transaction.
In addition to his healthcare background, Juan has valuable experience as a financial partner in multiple successful residential renovation projects. This firsthand exposure to property investing, home improvements, and strategic renovations provides him with a unique perspective when helping clients evaluate opportunities and maximize value.
Family is the driving force behind everything Juan does. His goal is to build a thriving real estate career that not only helps clients create wealth through homeownership but also allows him to spend meaningful time with those who matter most. He believes every client deserves honest guidance, personalized service, and an advocate who genuinely has their best interests at heart.
Beyond real estate, Juan is deeply involved in his community as the Treasurer of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at Margaret Pauline Brown Elementary School. He is passionate about giving back by supporting underprivileged children and helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life through health and wellness.
When he's not working with clients, Juan enjoys resistance training, basketball, traveling, photography, discovering new restaurants, and creating videos that capture meaningful moments. His love for bringing people together and creating memorable experiences reflects his commitment to building lasting relationships—both personally and professionally.
