Meet JP

Born and raised in San Jose, California, and now residing in Union City, JP Cereno proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout the San Francisco Peninsula, East Bay, South Bay, and greater Bay Area. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, clear communication, and trusted guidance while helping clients navigate one of life's most important investments.
JP earned his Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Sociology from San Jose State University. His professional background as a Community Manager with Regus Management and Director of Promotions at Sloane SF equipped him with strong expertise in customer service, marketing, negotiation, and relationship building—skills that seamlessly translate into real estate.
His passion for real estate is rooted in personal experience. After witnessing the impact of the 2008 housing market on his own family, JP developed a deep appreciation for the importance of informed decision-making and trusted representation. Today, he is committed to educating and empowering clients, whether they're purchasing their first home, selling a longtime property, or planning their next chapter.
JP values integrity, professionalism, and lifelong learning, and is passionate about building lasting relationships founded on trust. Outside of real estate, he enjoys fitness, hot Pilates, pickleball, basketball, hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
