Originally from the Philippines, Joaquin Chan relocated to California in late 2025 to begin an exciting new chapter both personally and professionally. Now based in San Ramon, he proudly serves clients throughout the Greater Bay Area with a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Before becoming a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, Joaquin built a strong foundation in the real estate industry as an Accounts Payable Accountant. Working behind the scenes provided him with valuable insight into real estate operations while sharpening the attention to detail, organization, and financial expertise that now benefit his clients throughout every transaction.
Joaquin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, where he developed a solid understanding of finance, accounting, business strategy, and operations. His analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to navigate complex processes allow him to provide a seamless and well-organized experience for buyers and sellers alike.
