Meet Jiro

Originally from Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Jiro Weng came to San Francisco with his parents under the impression that they were on two week vacation. That vacation turned out to be a life pivoting event that forever defined Jiro’s identity as someone that resonates with three different cultures.

Jiro has been deeply immersed in real estate for the past three years, focusing on property management across multifamily, residential, and commercial spaces. He currently manages a blend of commercial and residential properties in San Francisco, while also owning a single-family home in Austell, Georgia. His diverse experience equips him with a nuanced understanding of various property types and investment strategies.

With an Associate’s degree in Business and a rich background in administration, operations, and retail sales, Jiro brings a multifaceted approach to real estate. His professional journey includes working for multiple nonprofits and serving as a trainer for Apple, where he honed skills in sales, customer engagement, and marketing. Jiro’s ability to connect with clients stems from his belief that understanding the "why" behind a client’s needs is key to achieving success.

Jiro’s personal journey from Mexico City to the Bay Area and his early challenges have instilled in him a unique blend of resilience and innovation. Jiro’s dedication extends beyond real estate. He serves as a board member for Restorative Community Solutions, a nonprofit aiding the reintegration of formerly incarcerated individuals. Additionally, he volunteers as a translator for focus groups addressing homelessness and low-income housing, demonstrating his commitment to community service and advocacy.

In his spare time, Jiro enjoys spending quality moments with loved ones, exploring new technology, engaging in sports—especially boxing—and traveling.
