Meet Jade

Jade Viray, a native of Daly City, CA has resided in the Bay Area his entire life. Jade, a first-generation college graduate, holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from San Francisco State University. His professional background includes several years in wealth management within the banking industry and is recognized as one of the Top 5 Bankers in the SF/Marin area.

Professionally and personally, Jade is driven by the core values of integrity, empathy, and commitment. These values have paved the way for his success in his career outside of real estate and will undoubtedly guide him in this industry as well. He has partnered with home loan officers to assist clients in applying for mortgages and home equity lines of credit, fulfilling their real estate needs. He highlights his strengths in communication, ensuring a proper flow of information to prevent misunderstandings; adaptability, which allows him to thrive in any setting; and compassion, stemming from his client-facing roles where understanding and resolving client issues is paramount.

Being the oldest sibling of four and a first-generation college graduate, Jade has developed strong leadership skills. His drive to uplift and encourage others is a testament to his role in the family and his desire to be a positive influence.

Jade actively participates in his community through beach and creek clean-ups, community and philanthropy events hosted by Alpha Kappa Omega from SFSU, and volunteer work at Sunset Ridge Elementary, Ingrid B. Lacy Middle School, and the local YMCA. Jade is passionate about organizations such as World Vision, Live Strong, and Church of the Highlands. Their missions resonate deeply with him, and he is dedicated to contributing to their efforts to make the world a better place. In his free time, Jade enjoys working out at the gym, playing the guitar, participating in sports, hiking, walking outdoors, and exploring new and diverse dining experiences.

On a personal note, Jade believes everyone has the power to make changes in their lives if they decide to pursue it and have the willingness to do so. Despite facing numerous challenges and adversity, maintaining positivity and hope has brought him to where he is today. Jade hopes to inspire others to strive for their best and seize every opportunity.
