Her academic journey was just the beginning, setting the stage for her future endeavors. As she began the process of buying her own home, a realization struck her like a bolt of lightning. This revelation became the catalyst for her to shift her focus to the residential side of the real estate profession.

In 2017, Ishanique Ritner-Gill set foot on a new path, diving headfirst into the world of real estate. She started her career by working directly with investors and wholesale transactions, gaining valuable experience and knowledge about the industry. Her dedication to learning and mastering the ins and outs of real estate became her driving force.
