Meet Ian

Originally from Sacramento, Ian Nodaros moved to the Bay Area eight years ago with a deep appreciation for how real estate decisions shape lives, opportunity, and financial outcomes. A graduate of San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology (Exercise & Movement Sciences), he began his career helping clients navigate complex financial and debt situations before transitioning into real estate, client consulting, and startup fitness ventures.

Drawing from early experiences during the 2008 housing crash, Ian approaches real estate as both strategic and personal—an intersection of financial strategy, lifestyle planning, and long-term vision. He serves clients across the Bay Area and Sacramento region, primarily first-time buyers and professionals who value clarity, education, and strategic decision-making.

Guided by integrity, accountability, and discipline, Ian is dedicated to helping clients make informed choices and build lasting wealth. Outside of real estate, he remains active in financial literacy and fitness, and enjoys reading, wellness, and exploring psychology, philosophy, and systems thinking.
