Meet Giovani

Born in San Francisco and raised in Daly City, Giovani Franco has lived in the Bay Area all his life and loves its cultural diversity. He also loves helping people and their families attain their real estate goals — and he’s not afraid to take calculated risks to get there.

 

That confidence is based on competence. With a bachelor’s degree in international business from San Francisco State University and extensive experience in property management, he knows all the ins and outs of all real estate transactions. His family’s rental business is what initially drew him to a career as a real estate professional. By managing properties, he learned how to deal with tenant relationships and maintenance matters, which taught him about investment properties and how rental income can affect sales prices. He also saw opportunities to better serve his community.

 

But there’s more to Giovani than investments and sales. First-time buyers find him attentive, honest, and caring. Knowing that people possess varying degrees of knowledge when it comes to real estate, he’s comfortable communicating in either English or Spanish to educate and help them through the process, because a well-prepared client will have less stress and more success whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.

 

In his spare time, Giovani enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures, and watching football. He regularly volunteers at various food drives run by nonprofit groups in Daly City and contributes to international relief efforts.
