Felix Luna is a dedicated real estate agent serving the South Bay, with a primary focus in San Jose. Having spent most of his life in the Bay Area—growing up in Concord, attending the University of San Francisco, and lived in SF for several years before moving to San Jose—Felix has built deep connections throughout the region. He and his wife moved to San Jose over two years ago to be closer to family and establish a home for their growing family, a decision that further strengthened his passion for the community.

With over 12 years of experience in the tech industry as a digital marketing and data strategist, Felix transitioned into real estate to pursue a long-time passion. His background in digital advertising provides him with strong skills in communication, negotiation, and market analysis—skills he now leverages to guide his clients through the home buying and selling process. From analyzing market trends to developing strategic plans, Felix takes a thoughtful, results-driven approach to real estate.

Felix specializes but not limited in assisting first-time homebuyers, growing families, and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout their real estate journey. Having personally navigated the home-buying process, he understands the excitement and challenges involved and is committed to making the experience seamless for his clients.

Outside of real estate, Felix is a devoted family man and actively supports community organizations focused on animal welfare and children’s well-being. In the past, he has volunteered with youth programs and food banks in San Francisco. His interests include traveling, exploring different cultures through food, and staying active through sports.
