Meet Darlene

Before transitioning into real estate, Darlene spent 12 years in recruiting—including five years at Tesla—helping more than 3,000 professionals across both blue-collar and white-collar industries navigate life-changing career decisions. A graduate of UC Davis with a double major in Psychology and Communications, she became a top-performing recruiter and two-time President’s Club honoree by building trust quickly, understanding people deeply, and confidently negotiating high-stakes offers and complex decisions—skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Her perspective on real estate is deeply personal. After losing her father at a young age, Darlene learned the importance of financial discipline, independence, and long-term planning. Guided by the principles she embraced through mentors like Dave Ramsey, she committed herself to building a stable financial future. When her family lost their home during the 2008 housing crisis, those lessons took on an even deeper meaning, shaping her understanding of how profoundly real estate decisions can impact a family’s future.

That philosophy of long term thinking and discipline came full circle when she was able to take her mother on a 2 week retirement trip in Paris and Italy this year - honoring her father who never had the opportunity to experience retirement. It remains one of her proudest accomplishments and a reminder that disciplined financial decisions can create security, freedom, and meaningful memories for the people you love.
