Born and raised in the Philippines, Candace Allen embarked on her American journey 16 years ago when her family moved to the Bay Area after her college graduation. This transition marked the beginning of an inspiring journey that intertwines professional dedication with personal resilience.

Candace's career in the nursing industry spans over a decade, where she has excelled as a Coordinator and Case Manager. This experience is underpinned by her educational foundation—a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Philippines. Her role in healthcare allowed her to engage with diverse patient populations, honing her skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving. Recently, Candace has embarked on a new professional path, having acquired her real estate license. Her transition into real estate is driven by a genuine desire to leverage her people skills and her innate knack for customer service, traits that have been second nature to her.

Candace's life has not been without challenges. She faced the trials of being a young single mother and coping with financial struggles. However, she emerged stronger and more resilient, learning to be kind to herself and others, grateful for her blessings, and guided by her values and integrity. Her brother's passion and success in real estate profoundly influenced Candace, drawing her towards the industry. Candace has always harbored an entrepreneurial spirit, evident from her teenage ventures in e-commerce and her initial interest in majoring in Marketing. Her approach to real estate is inclusive, ready to serve various demographics, with a special connection to healthcare workers and first responders, thanks to her nursing background. Candace's community spirit is reflected in her volunteer work with the San Francisco City Hope Program.

In her personal life, Candace is passionate about photography, meditation, painting, crafts, and enjoys gift wrapping. She looks forward to exploring new hobbies, like Tarot Reading, tennis, and running her first 5K. Her diverse interests reflect her belief in the richness of life and the desire to experience as much as possible.
