Andrew Uchi Aquino brings a fresh perspective to the San Francisco Bay Area real estate market. Originally from San Francisco, Andrew relocated to Oakley in 2021 after purchasing his first home and has embraced the community for nearly four years.

Andrew draws from his diverse background in IT and health and wellness. Currently working full-time in IT at UCSF, Andrew has honed his communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills—essential traits for success in real estate. His experience in IT taught him to analyze and resolve issues at their root, while his time in the health and wellness industry instilled a deep sense of care for client goals and effective communication.

Real estate has always been a calling for Andrew. Inspired by his grandmother, Carol Uchi Aquino, a successful businesswoman and real estate investor, Andrew has aspired to follow in her footsteps since he was 16 years old. His first personal experience with real estate—purchasing his home with the guidance of his uncle, Realtor John Tabaloc—sparked his passion for helping others navigate the home-buying process.

Integrity is at the core of Andrew’s personal and professional life. Whether serving his clients or his church community, Andrew is dedicated to uplifting and building others up. A former leader in “young adult ministry” for Saint Thomas More, he plans to resume volunteering in the coming year, continuing his passion for giving back.

Andrew is happily married to his wife, Desiree, with whom he has shared three wonderful years in Oakley. Outside of real estate, Andrew thrives on creativity and physical expression. He enjoys music, dancing, playing basketball, and engaging in the arts of spoken word and exercise.

Andrew is committed to providing for his family, cultivating strong client relationships, and improving his communication skills. With a foundation of hard work, inspired by family members who excelled in their own crafts, Andrew is poised to make a meaningful impact in the lives of first-time buyers and beyond.
